Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Office Manager in SNF/LTC.
• Accounts receivable experience in SNF/LTC.
• 2+ years in a multi-facility oversight role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct locations' accounts receivable functions.
• Analyze AR processes to maximize workflow and accuracy.
• Provide training to business office staff across locations.
• Monitor policies and government regulations impacting AR.
• Support month-end close where needed.
• Assist with AR functions when locations are vacant.
