The role requires 5+ years of SNF/LTC business office management, AR experience, multi-facility oversight, and proficiency with PointClickCare and RFMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in SNF/LTC.
• Accounts Receivable experience in SNF/LTC.
• Ability to travel long distances.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations and California Medicaid Billing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct AR functions under supervision of the Director of Accounts Receivable.
• Analyze and monitor AR processes to maximize workflow and productivity; communicate deficiencies and best practices to management.
• Provide and conduct training for business office staff in multiple locations.
• Monitor and train financial policies related to company policy and regulations.
• Communicate best practices with peers and staff at locations.
• Assist and provide corrective action to AR workflow at locations.
• Coordinate month-end close processes when staff vacancies occur.
• Coordinate AR functions when locations are short-staffed.
