Job summary

Ensign Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resource - Skilled Nursing to train and assist business office managers in accurate billing across the Central California Market. This role ensures timely collections and precise revenue recording in healthcare locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SNF/LTC AR management, familiarity with Medicaid billing, and strong Excel/Word skills. Travel may be required; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in SNF/LTC.
• Accounts Receivable experience in SNF/LTC.
• 2+ years multi-facility oversight preferred.
• California Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distances.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct locations' AR functions under supervision.
• Analyze AR processes to maximize workflow and productivity.
• Provide training to business office staff across locations.
• Update financial policies and regulations per company norms.
• Communicate best practices with peers and staff.
• Coordinate month-end close when needed and cover vacancies.
