Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resource for the Skilled Nursing sector. The role trains business office managers and staff on accurate billing per company standards and monitors timely AR across operations in the NCI California Market.

Key duties include directing AR functions, analyzing workflows, providing training, updating policies, and coordinating month-end closes. Travel to multiple locations is required; strong MS Office and PointClickCare/RFMS experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in SNF/LTC settings.
• Accounts Receivable experience in SNF/LTC settings.
• 2+ years in multi-facility oversight role preferred.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• California Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distance.
• Able to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.
• RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the locations AR functions under AR Director supervision.
• Analyze AR functions to maximize workflow and productivity; communicate deficiencies and best practices.
• Provide training to business office staff across locations.
• Monitor, update, and train financial policies and procedures per company and regulations.
• Communicate best practices with peers and staff at locations.
• Assist and provide corrective action to AR workflow at locations.
• Perform and coordinate month-end close when staff vacancies occur.
• Coordinate AR functions when location positions are vacant.
