Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resource - Skilled Nursing to train and support business office staff in accurate, efficient billing aligned with company standards.

The role monitors AR collections to support timely payments and accurate revenue recording across Southern California healthcare operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SNF/LTC AR/Billing, multi-facility oversight, and proficiency with AR software (PointClickCare, RFMS).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in SNF/LTC.
• Accounts Receivable experience in SNF/LTC.
• 2+ years in a multi-facility oversight role preferred.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• Nevada Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distance.
• Able to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.
• RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct AR functions under AR Director.
• Analyze AR processes to maximize workflow and productivity and communicate improvements.
• Provide training to business office staff across locations.
• Update financial policies and procedures related to policies and regulations.
• Share best practices with peers and staff.
• Assist with AR workflow at locations and monitor performance.
• Coordinate month-end close when needed.
• Assist with AR functions when locations are short-staffed.
