Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounts payable process from invoice receipt through payment.
• Coordinate and process vendor payments through ACH, check, and portals.
• Enter vendor invoices and payables into QuickBooks with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AmEx activity and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare vendor-specific reporting and supporting schedules.
• Assist with year-end AP reporting and 1099s.
