Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring accurate GL coding in Sage Intacct and timely payments.

Responsibilities include reconciling AP accounts, handling employee expenses, supporting procurement tool workflows, and maintaining internal controls. We value accuracy, collaboration, and process improvement in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for the procurement tool and maintain approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation.
