Job summary

RethinkFirst is a leader in behavioral health technology and software services, providing solutions to employers, schools, government agencies, clinicians, and families. We are seeking an AP Specialist to manage the full-cycle accounts payable function, entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

You will reconcile AP accounts, process employee expense reports, and support procurement tooling while ensuring policy compliance and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
