RethinkFirst seeks an experienced A/P Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. This remote-friendly role manages full-cycle AP, ensures accurate GL coding, matches invoices to POs, reconciles statements, and supports month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Proficient with Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle AP, including invoicing and GL coding.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs with proper approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate AP-related questions with employees and vendors.
• Support month-end close and GL reconciliations.
• Oversee procurement tool and approval workflows.
• Assist with audits and provide AP documentation.
• Identify process improvements for AP efficiency.
