Job summary

Simera is seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily AP activities and maintain accurate financial records. You will process vendor invoices, verify against POs, enter payments, reconcile statements, and help with month-end close from a remote setup.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/Sheets skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage high volumes with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication with vendors and internal teams is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Experience processing vendor invoices and payments.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices, expenses, and payment information into accounting systems.
• Prepare and process vendor payments according to established schedules.
• Monitor invoice due dates and ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
