Qualifications

• Must handle accounts payable processes including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across financial records.
• Proficient with spreadsheet tools and basic accounting software/or ERP systems.
• Experience with vendor management and timely communications with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Verify invoices against POs and receipts; enter into accounting system.
• Prepare and process vendor payments per schedule.
• Monitor due dates and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor records and statements.
• Assist with month-end/quarter-end closing activities and audits.
