Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• <1 year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet software.

Responsabilidades

• Reconciles and analyzes assigned accounts, reports or general ledger balances.
• Prepares recurring, routine journal entries and supporting analyses.
• Maintains files and records, ensuring ledgers and logs are accurate and current.
• Contacts branches, departments, vendors, and customers to resolve data gaps.
• Researches information as needed and provides analyses.
• Prioritizes tasks to meet departmental deadlines.
• Performs clerical tasks per procedures and supervisor instructions.
