Zusammenfassung

Payentry is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join our Service department in a remote capacity. You will perform daily to annual reconciliation of funds across all products and support banking functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with the Customer Experience and Tax teams, analyze data for weekly meetings, and run SQL-based financial audits while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to make confident, reasoned decisions affecting daily reconciliations.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with confidential data handling.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of funds across products.
• Handle basic banking tasks such as ACH confirmations and stop payments.
• Assist in escheatment process to reduce risk.
• Support Customer Experience and Tax teams with reconciliation needs.
• Compile and present data for weekly leadership meetings.
• Conduct SQL-based financial audits.
• Maintain NACHA and AML compliance awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
