Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.
• Public accounting or audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and GAAP-compliant entries.
• Manage month-end close and support financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and process documentation.
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team.
• Assist with audits, tax returns and compliance tasks.
