Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly and annual close. This role reports to the Controller and mentors a small accounting team.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of progressive accounting, advanced Excel, and experience with multi-state or professional services environments. Remote work option within Lumelight-approved states, with a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with financial software.
• Experience with GAAP accounting and month-end close processes.

Responsabilités

• Record and review accounting transactions in line with GAAP.
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audits and tax returns.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Support internal controls and financial planning.
