Job summary

Lumelight, LLC. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting activities, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly and annual reporting. This position reports to the Controller and mentors a small accounting team, driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel/NetSuite skills. CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small accounting team and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and post adjustments.
• Manage month-end close and support financial reporting processes.
• Assist with audits, tax returns, and internal controls.
