The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and advanced Excel skills. Public accounting or multi-state experience is a plus, with remote work across approved Lumelight

Qualifications

• Public accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-state or professional services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support external audit, tax returns, and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team.
