Lumelight is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly and annual reporting. You will mentor a small accounting team and collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence.

The role emphasizes technical accounting expertise, analytical thinking, and proactive problem solving, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on improving processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Record and approve accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and post adjustments as needed.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with audits, tax returns and other compliance tasks.
• Develop and document internal controls and accounting processes.
