Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy, and support monthly/annual reporting. The role requires strong GAAP expertise, ERP experience with NetSuite, and leadership of a small accounting team in a remote setup across approved Lumelight states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Records and approves transactions per GAAP.
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts and analyzes discrepancies.
• Supports month-end close and financial reporting.
• Mentors a small accounting team and provides guidance.
• Assist with annual audits and tax returns and other compliance tasks.
• Documents processes and helps implement improvements.
