Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ~4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Records/approves accounting transactions per GAAP.
• Oversight of month-end close and journal entries.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations; analyze variances.
• Support annual audit, tax returns, and internal controls.
• Develop and document accounting processes and procedures.
• Mentor and lead a small accounting team.
