Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and strengthen internal controls within a remote-capable finance team. The role reports to the Controller and supports GAAP-compliant financial reporting, journal entries, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on NetSuite experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP familiarity (NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical capability.
• Experience supervising a small accounting team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and journal entries.
• Manage month-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Mentor a small accounting team and improve processes.
• Assist with audits, taxes, and policy updates.
