Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, support monthly and annual reporting, and strengthen internal controls in a remote role within approved Lumelight states.

The candidate should have strong GAAP knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on NetSuite experience, with 4+ years of accounting work and CPA/CPA-track preferred. You will guide the staff accountant and collaborate with the Controller and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual reporting and internal controls.
• Mentor and lead a small accounting team and collaborate with Controller & CFO.
• Assist with audits, tax returns, and compliance tasks.
