Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, support monthly/annual reporting, and strengthen internal controls. Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of GAAP and apply judgment to complex accounting issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Willingness to take on new duties and projects; adaptable in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and approve accounting transactions per GAAP guidelines.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, identify errors, and post adjustments as needed.
• Serve as a resource for internal/external customers on questions.
• Post and review journal entries as required.
• Contribute to updating finance and accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage and delegate tasks to Staff Accountant and support Controller/CFO on risk and audits.
