Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Record and approve accounting transactions per GAAP guidelines.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Assist with annual audits, tax returns, and compliance tasks.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor a small accounting team and collaborate cross-functionally.
