Job summary

Limitlessli LLC is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, and payroll for multiple entities in a fully remote role based in the US or Israel.

You will close month-end, prepare financial reports, perform intercompany reconciliations, and maintain clean records while collaborating with an international team and using QuickBooks Online.

This position offers flexibility, independent work, and the tools provided to ensure reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field with relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, bank reconciliations, and US payroll requirements.
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing across multiple entities.
• Prepare month-end close, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliations in compliance with US standards.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies for bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
