Job summary

Integrity-Bookkeeping-LLC seeks a Staff Accountant to join our Certified Woman-Owned Team on a 40-hour remote schedule. You will own onboarding, manage invoicing, A/P/A/R, and monthly closings for multiple clients using cloud-based platforms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and excellent communication. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Certified Public Bookkeeper license ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new clients (set-up/clean-up books, cloud tools).
• Manage invoicing, A/P and A/R, bookkeeping entries, monthly close and reporting.
• Communicate with Manager to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Handle inventory and applicable tax matters for clients.
