Job summary

Draganfly Innovations Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support the Finance team remotely. You will manage purchase orders, perform invoice matching, and run accounts payable cycles across multiple Draganfly entities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong Excel skills, plus keen attention to detail and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Prior experience handling purchase orders from a finance perspective.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Good Excel skills for managing data and matching reports.
• Strong communication habits for cross-departmental and vendor collaboration.
• High attention to detail to spot pricing, quantity, and coding errors.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders by maintaining dashboard, resolving discrepancies, and completing procurement follow-ups.
• Execute invoice matching by reviewing GRNI reports and processing PO-related invoices and prepayments.
• Prepare weekly AP runs to ensure timely and accurate payments for Draganfly entities.
• Complete other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate PO and AP records with complete supporting documentation.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice, pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end activities related to AP, accruals, and reconciliation as needed.
