Now CFO is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to own accounts payable and receivable in a high-volume setting for a growing manufacturing client. The role emphasizes stabilization of the AP/AR function and supports a transition to a new ERP system.

The right candidate will have Acumatica ERP experience, at least 2+ years in AP/AR, and a detail-oriented, self-directed approach in a dynamic, multi-entity environment within US-based remote work.

Qualifications

• Acumatica ERP experience required.
• 2+ years accounts payable/receivable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working across multiple entities within a single accounting function.
• Strong attention to detail for reconciliations.
• Ownership mentality—self-directed and accountable in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and issue accounts receivable invoices tied to shipment activity.
• Reconcile AP and AR accounts on a recurring basis.
• Track and reconcile multi-entity transactions within a multi-company structure.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Perform light general ledger reconciliations and support inventory tracking.
• Assist with month-end close tasks and ERP transition.
