Upgrade seeks an Auto Loan Account Specialist to provide best-in-class service on account status, payments, and concerns by phone and email. You will collaborate with management and teammates to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, documenting actions, and improving training and processes while maintaining high-quality customer experiences. Compensation is $22.00/hour with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of auto/servicing collections experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Cloud-based products and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone and email to answer questions and process requests.
• Complete welcome calls to new customers and document issues across channels.
• Identify opportunities to optimize results and improve customer satisfaction.
• Investigate problems and resolve payment-related objections to fit customer needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation across customer accounts and systems.
