Arrow Electronics is seeking an Account Manager II to manage 100–200 mid and mass market accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and revenue growth. You will consult with customers, craft renewal quotes, and align on solutions that meet client needs across multiple offerings.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Tech teams to build market intelligence and help customers anticipate challenges in a dynamic environment. This role is fully remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with renewals, upsell and cross-sell.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage 100–200 mid and mass market accounts and drive revenue.
• Provide renewal and growth quotes to customers.
• Understand product offerings and licensing models; develop account plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with renewal-year accounts.
