Job summary

SiliconExpert is seeking an Account Manager II for remote work with required travel up to 50% to support 100–200 mid- and mass-market accounts. You’ll manage renewals, upsells, and customer relationships while aligning offerings to client needs and strategic goals.

You will drive renewals, growth quotes, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to maximize value, margins, and customer success in a global market.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft Suite experience required (strong excel experience)
• Experience with Salesforce and selling software strongly preferred
• Experience with cross selling/upselling and renewals required
• This position is a 70/30 split, the commission is included in the compensation posted
• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership. Travel required 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Manages between 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts.
• Handles renewals, relationship development, and upsells, leveraging solutions, services, and new offerings.
• Supports assigned client base and responds timely to customer inquiries and promptly follow-ups on customer related issues.
• Proactively consults and provides renewal and growth quotes to customers to understand their requirements and ensures orders are properly processed.
• Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned renewal rate and growth targets.
• Tracks at risk, non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals including reasons for cancellation.
