Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Account Manager II to manage 100-200 mid and mass market accounts, driving renewals, growth, and customer satisfaction. The role supports cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams in a remote US setting.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with Salesforce. Travel and commission-based incentives are part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft Suite experience required (strong excel experience)
• Experience with Salesforce and selling software strongly preferred
• Experience with cross selling/upselling and renewals required
• This position is a 70/30 split, the commission is included in the compensation posted

Responsibilities

• Manages 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to drive growth, renewals, and positive customer experience.
• Proactively provides renewal and growth quotes to customers; meets renewal and growth targets; tracks at risk, non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals.
• Understands product offerings, licensing models; creates selling opportunities within accounts; communicates solution values.
• Develops understanding of customer needs and decision hierarchy; conducts calls to develop new revenue streams with existing customers.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share market intelligence and trends.
• Conducts quarterly business review visits with at least 75% of accounts in their renewal year.
