Arrow Electronics is seeking an Account Manager II to manage 100–200 mid to mass market accounts remotely from the United States. The role centers on renewals, upselling, and growth within existing relationships, leveraging Arrow's vast software and data solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to deliver value and drive revenue while navigating licensing models and renewal opportunities. The position involves 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Suite experience required (strong excel experience).
• Experience with Salesforce and selling software strongly preferred.
• Experience with cross selling/upselling and renewals required.

Responsibilities

• Manages between 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts.
• Proactively consults and provides renewal and growth quotes to customers to understand their requirements and ensures orders are properly processed.
• Clearly understands all product offering, subscription and renewal licensing models; creates selling opportunities within assigned customers.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share and build global market intelligence.
• Conducts quarterly business review visits with at least 75% of accounts in their renewal year.
