SiliconExpert is seeking an Account Manager II for remote work in the United States. You will manage a large portfolio of accounts, drive renewals and upsells, and develop strategic plans to grow revenue across assigned customers. Strong knowledge of licensing models and cross-selling is expected, with collaboration across sales, marketing, and technical teams.

This role includes commuting to an Arrow office if required and a 70/30 split with commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and software sales preferred.
• Experience with cross selling and renewals.
• Role includes commission and a 70/30 split.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100-200 mid and mass market accounts with renewals and upsells.
• Provide renewal and growth quotes and track renewals.
• Understand product offerings and licensing models; sell long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams for market intel.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts in renewal year.
