Job summary

Carnegie Learning is seeking an Account Manager to join ourinside sales team. You will qualify leads, close sales and deliver high-quality customer support to small and mid-size districts across the Western US, working Mountain and Pacific hours.

Responsibilities include conducting demos, managing opportunities, and coordinating with Account Executives to drive renewals and new business over 100K. A Bachelor's in Business and 2+ years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar role.
• Western US territory; able to work Mountain and Pacific hours.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service.
• SalesForce.com experience preferred.
• Fast-paced, results-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Able to pivot and prioritize tasks by territory needs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and schedule presentations through discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets and related metrics.
• Utilize Salesforce and HighSpot to conduct account research, communication and quoting.
• Develop strong relationships with current customers and support renewals.
• Attend product training and understand all product offerings.
• Coordinate sales projects and training events with Sales Enablement and other teams.
