Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager for our Medical Affairs team. You will serve as the daily client contact for medical affairs and publication work streams, coordinating with teams to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.

This role can be remote in the US or based in our US offices, including NYC, Boston, or Chicago. You will own medium to large client projects, manage finances, and proactively communicate progress and potential barriers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in medical affairs and/or publications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to deadlines and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Independent thinker who collaborates well with teams while owning assets and material development.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client contact for medical affairs and publication work streams; provide regular status updates and manage client expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day account management, including meetings, workflow, delegation, and status of jobs across the account.
• Own medium/large client projects; ensure delivery to high standards within budget and timelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with the account lead about project progress and solutions.
• Understand client business priorities and program strategy; monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas for credentials and pitches.
• Support account finances and participate in ongoing professional development.
