Interior Logic Group is seeking an Account Manager to support, maintain, and grow a diversified portfolio. The role focuses on developing new business, strengthening relationships, and driving profitable expansion across Local, Regional, and National Accounts.

The ideal candidate will build a robust pipeline, manage bids and pricing, and collaborate with design studios and builders to meet branch goals in a remote Florida-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management or related sales experience.
• Experience in construction or building materials a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and builder plans.
• Strong proposal, bid, and pricing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business through prospecting and relationships.
• Manage bids, pricing, change orders, and contracts within 30 days.
• Maintain active account target lists and pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate with Designers, Production, and Field teams to fulfill orders.
• Support collections and ensure alignment with payment terms.
