Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years’ experience required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7-9 years supervisory experience required; experience with Medicaid programs and state government is a plus.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated financial and business management experience and ability to analyze data.
• Public speaking, presentation, and staff mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client engagements and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate project requirements across functional groups and with clients.
• Lead proposal development, sales presentations, and business development activities.
• Provide training oversight and mentor team members.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual standards and drive client satisfaction.
