Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead growth and strengthen relationships with strategic customers in the Construction segment of the hydraulics industry. You will own end-to-end commercial strategy, expanding market presence and delivering integrated solutions globally.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in technical sales or SAM roles, strong hydraulics knowledge, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical sales or SAM roles in hydraulics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience with OEM accounts preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by expanding share of wallet.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Danfoss products.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate globally with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
