Qualifications

• Significant experience in HVAC, hydronics, chillers, or thermal management solutions with a proven sales or business development track record.
• Experience with building HVAC systems, data centers, or industrial facilities is valuable.
• Background as a mechanical or electrical engineer enabling technical discussions and value translation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North America hydronics growth strategy to expand market share and revenue across key applications.
• Collaborate with sales and strategic customers to convert opportunities into wins with OEMs, consultants, and contractors.
• Position the hydronics portfolio with customer-focused messaging and differentiation.
• Coordinate with product management, technical support, and marketing to align customer needs with strategy and future portfolio.
• Improve commercial performance through pipeline management, pricing, and sales enablement.
