Job summary

Danfoss is hiring a remote Account Manager for the Fluid Conveyance Distribution Sales team. You will build strong relationships with distribution channel partners across the Northeast US, delivering system-based solutions and growing their business alongside ours.

The role is based remotely from the Central US (MO, KS, IA, NE, SD, ND) with up to 50% travel. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in technical sales within hydraulics or related industrial field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong technical and commercial skills.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and build channel relationships.
• Excellent communication and the aptitude to sell complex system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening distributor relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to distributors and customers, understanding their technical needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned accounts to meet growth targets.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners to align strategy and plan for success.
• Gather market intelligence to keep Danfoss ahead of the curve.
