McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking an Account Manager, Post-Acute Care to grow and manage customer relationships across Minnesota in a remote field-based role. You will partner with long-term care, SNF, rehab, home health, hospice, and other post-acute providers to deliver medical-surgical products and solutions that improve patient outcomes and operations.

You will develop new business, expand existing accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a territory of post-acute care customers and prospects.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build strategic relationships with decision-makers across long-term care, SNF, rehab, home health, hospice, and related healthcare organizations.
• Present and sell medical-surgical products and solutions using a consultative approach.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve sales goals.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships through strong account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products, services, and implementations.
• Maintain accurate customer activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and other tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
