Job summary

McKesson is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to support Post-Acute Care customers across Maine and Eastern New Hampshire. In this field-based role, you will manage existing healthcare accounts while developing new business opportunities in long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, and related settings.

You will act as a trusted advisor, using consultative sales strategies to improve operational efficiency, support patient care, and help customers meet clinical and business

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant sales experience and proven account management.
• Experience prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience meeting quotas and using consultative sales approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory of post-acute care customer accounts.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and strategic account planning.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct business reviews to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Present solutions aligning customer needs with medical-surgical products and services.
• Negotiate agreements and secure product distribution within accounts.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales and revenue objectives.
• Maintain pipeline and customer information in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and sales leadership to support customers.
