Job summary

Formerra is a leading distributor of engineered materials seeking an Account Manager to drive profitable growth. You will develop target customers, forecast sales, margins and volume, and manage relationships at all management levels to ensure Formerra gets the first and last look.

This fully remote role requires travel up to 75% within the territory and demands energy, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in plastics, polymer engineering, business, chemistry or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in distribution/manufacturing/account management.
• Strong communication and complex problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and robust new business development.
• Establish accounts, manage forecasts, and deliver against AOP targets.
• Develop account plans, build relationships with decision makers, and manage CRM data.
