Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics or Polymer Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ sales experience in distribution, manufacturing, or account management.
• Experience developing high-level relationships and translating needs into solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Profitable revenue growth and new business development.
• Achieve gross margin targets as a percentage of sales.
• Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and CRM management.
• Establish account plans and network resources within the territory.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and project facilitators.
• Prospecting and cold calling; travel up to 75%.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams and technical area to drive growth.
• Monitor competition and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability.
