Job summary

Ravago is seeking an Account Manager to sell plastic resins, support existing accounts, and expand the customer base. The role is remote with focus on U.S. customers, including Wisconsin markets, leveraging CRM data and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in B2B sales, and strong communication skills. Travel and driver’s license may be required to visit customers on occasion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B, face-to-face sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English proficiency; bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable revenue growth and new business development.
• Meet gross margin targets as a percent of sales.
• Prospect and call on new accounts; manage target funnel.
• Develop and execute sales plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
