Job summary

Ravago Americas in Madison, WI seeks an Account Manager to sell plastic resins, support existing accounts, and expand the customer base. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, meeting gross margin targets, prospecting new accounts, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with channel partners to close deals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of exposure in B2B, face to face sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sales.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license - required.
• Language: Proficiency in English required. Bi-Lingual – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell plastic resins, support existing accounts and continuously expand the customer base.
• Develop, execute and manage sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets.
• Work with channel partners to close business based on customer’s purchasing requirements.
• Create and maintain CRM data and sales statistics as required.
• Collaborate with Technical and Customer Service teams to meet customer requirements.
