Qualifications

• 1+ year in collections/AR or related roles.
• Experience in high-volume, KPI-driven contact centers is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate repayment solutions for customers.
• Aim to retain customers while meeting daily/monthly targets.
• Decide on accepting, rejecting, or amending terms to settlements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and diffuse difficult situations.
• Manage multiple files with accurate record-keeping.
• Be organized and knowledgeable about policies and procedures.
