Orion Digital is seeking a motivated professional to leverage negotiation and persuasion skills to help customers return to financial stability. This remote role offers a base salary plus commissions, with a structured 8-hour schedule Monday to Friday.

You will manage repayment solutions, respond to inquiries, and maintain detailed records while acting as a brand ambassador for Orion Digital, supporting growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mission driven and self-motivated.
• Able to stay focused and prioritize core responsibilities.
• At least 1+ years in collections/AR (first or third party).
• Experience in a high-volume KPI-driven contact centre is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate repayment solutions while focusing on retention.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and meet targets.
• Decide to accept, reject, or amend payment terms and settlements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and defuse difficult situations.
• Manage multiple files with accurate records; multitasking is essential.
• Handle all collections-related questions and adhere to policies.
