LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and work to maximize recovery while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This 100% remote role offers commission-based earning potential, a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and benefits after eligibility. Strong independence and language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote-friendly workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower finances.
• Locate borrowers using skip-tracing techniques.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and team while working remotely.
